Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ScanForge mobile application ("ScanForge" or the "App"), provided by MatriSani IT Solutions Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ScanForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanForge on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any documents, scans, or files you create, import, or process using ScanForge. Because all processing happens entirely on your device, we never receive, store, or have access to your content, and we make no claim to it whatsoever.

You are solely responsible for the content you scan, store, or process using the App, and for ensuring you have the right to use and store that content.

ScanForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any output (such as merged or compressed PDFs) will meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MatriSani IT Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of documents, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of ScanForge. Because your documents are stored solely on your device and we hold no backup or copy, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of ScanForge at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using ScanForge at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user found to be in violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
